Credit cards are accepted at airport and non-airport locations. At airport locations, debit card deposits are only accepted at the time of rental if accompanied by a ticketed return travel itinerary. The name and address shown on the renter’s driver’s license must match their current home address. At the time of rental, charges will be placed on the debit card which reduces the available funds in the account associated with the card used. Renter is responsible for any overdraft fees incurred. For security reasons, many Enterprise branches do not accept cash payments. However some branches may accept cash or a money order at the end of the rental for final payment.
Yes, all the fees are included in the rental price.No additional charges will be asked. The driver may demand extra only if the customer asks for something that was not planned.

Vehicles can be reserved six months in advance. Reservations can also be made 30 minutes prior to pick-up if a vehicle is required at the last minute. Some stations cannot accept reservations made 30 minutes or less prior to pick-up. If the vehicle needs to be picked up within 30 minutes of the opening time of the station, the reservation must be made the day before, 30 minutes prior to the closing time.
Yes, as long as a vehicle is available in the station; however, we recommend making a reservation because no vehicle may be available during busy periods.
Yes, reservations can be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your reservation. The reservation number issued when you made the reservation and the email address you registered at the time of reservation are required to cancel or make changes to your reservation.
